HOW TO ORDER WHOTSPOT EQUIPMENT
To get started with your new WiFi business and order equipment from us,
you will need to follow these instructions:
When you receive your equipment
-
Once you receive your equipment, just plug it into your Internet
connection and you are ready to start earning revenue.

As soon as your equipment is operational, proceed to
Activate Your
Account, in order to establish your monthly maintenance payments and
to activate your account.

If you need to order more SurfCards, just complete another
order and they will be shipped by FedEx within 24 hours.
IMPORTANT NOTICE - LIMITATION ON ACTIVATION
If you do not activate your purchased WiFi
Gateway equipment within 90 days of receipt, you will be
charged an additional activation service fee of $25 per
month from the date of delivery of the original equipment.
WHOTSPOT CANCELLATION POLICY
Pay As You Go, Prepaid, Coupons or SurfCards are non-refundable.
Monthly subscription plans may be cancelled at any time. If only a part
of the month has been used, the full month fee will be charged and you will
not be billed, not have access, after the date of cancellation.
TEMPORARY STOPPAGE/SEASONAL BUSINESSES
Location owners who want to temporarily
stop their service (Basic or Free-Access Plan) may do so at
anytime by sending us an email from the registered account
owner. Upon confirmation, you will be charged a 1 month
processing fee, and then your monthly subscription plan will
be stopped until you are ready to resume operations.

WHOTSPOT REFUND POLICY
Pay As You Go, Prepaid, Coupons or SurfCards are non-refundable. However,
if you experience difficulties with connecting to our service, we may, at
our sole discretion, credit your account with additional SurfTime.
